Which stores do you shop at to get the best holiday decorations?

I usually scour the after-Christmas sales at Target and Wal-mart for nice looking decorations, like various ornaments, lights, and Christmas balls, that I can use the following year and for many years down the line. It's great finding all those bargains, but if I don't want to wait for the after-Christmas sales, I go to Michael's craft store and Big Lots. They have wonderful deals, too, and if you're a rewards card member at both places, you get extra savings and points towards your rewards account. I've seen Lowe's and the Home Depot sell a variety of giant inflatable decorations, but I'm not into those types holiday decor. They still look really big and impressive at the store, though.
